The following customer-focused terms and conditions are clauses on which Caps Company UK operates. To make sure our customers have a smooth experience with us, we keep our rules transparent so everyone can enjoy our services.

No order shall be cancelled once the order has been forwarded to the manufacturing team.
We allow unlimited revisions in the mockup, but no changes can be catered once the mockup is approved and the production has begun.
Items that have been customised as per the client’s requirements cannot receive a refund unless the mistake is made from our end.
In case the mistake is committed by us, we would encourage a replacement instead of a refund.
The client is considered responsible for ensuring correct order size, spelling, thread colour and cap type. We take no responsibility for mistakes committed by clients.
We expect customers to have copyrights for artwork or logos they submit to us for embroidery.
In case customers have received a damaged product, we expect them to report us within 12 hours. To claim the damaged product, a photo or video would be needed as evidence.
If the customer has accepted the product and later raises a damage claim, we might not accept it. Claims against used products shall not be accepted.
The prices mentioned on the website are tentative to the requirements of customers and might change over time.
